Recipe 1 - Chai Spiced Tea 

Ingredients: 
 
2/3 cup coconut milk 
1/3 cup water 
1 medium SitaSpices cinnamon stick 
1/2 tsp SitaSpices ground nutmeg 
1 tsp grated ginger (or 1 tsp SitaSpices ground ginger) 
1/2 tsp SitaSpices ground cardamom 
1 tbsp raw cacao powder 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
1 tea bag 
 
Method: 
 
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat until well combined and hot. 
Press the teabag with the back of a spoon to release maximum flavour. 
Make sure to not let the milk boil 
Strain and enjoy! 

Recipie 2 - Granola 

Ingredients: 
 
2 cups oats 
5 tbsp coconut oil 
1 tbsp orange zest 
1 tsp SitaSpices ground ginger 
1/2 tsp SitaSpices ground nutmeg 
1 tsp SitaSpices ground cinnamon 
1/2 pumpkin seeds 
1 cup of chosen nuts (roughly chopped) 
2 tbsp maple syrup ( or raw honey) 
1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional) 
 
Method: 
 
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius 
Combine all ingredients. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. 
Bake for 20 minutes until toasted and golden. 

Recipie 3 - Chicken Curry 

Ingredients: 
 
250g chicken thighs (diced) 
1 large onion (sliced) 
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tomatoes (chopped) 
2 tsp grated ginger 
2 tsp grated garlic 
1 SitaSpices bay leaf 
1 SitaSpices cinnamon stick 
3 SitaSpices cloves 
1 tbsp SitaSpices mild/medium curry powder 
SitaSpices Himalayan Salt ( to taste) 
Handful of fresh coriander leaves (chopped) 
 
Method: 
 
Heat the oil in a pan. 
Once hot, sauté the bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cloves in the same pan. 
Next, fry the onions in the pan until translucent. 
Add the ginger and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. 
Add the chicken and stir well for 5 minutes. Then add in the tomatoes. 
Add the curry powder and salt. 
Add 1/2 litre of water and simmer for 15 minutes 
Garnish with coriander leaves!
